What we offer you:
Opportunity to earn $80 000 – $150 000 per annum, full time or part time equivalent, PLUS superannuation & entitlements.
The ability to take additional leave without pay for sports team coverage, professional development or extended holiday breaks.
- Exceptional mentoring and professional development in house program consisting of:
- Weekly 1:1 mentoring sessions with Titled Sports & Exercise, Musculoskeletal and senior physiotherapists to discuss clinical reasoning, diagnosis, management, communication, interpersonal skills and shared decision making with patients
- Fortnightly professional staff in-service and small group practical learning sessions
- Targeted professional learning sessions delivered 1:1 or in small groups with experienced staff
- Professional development sessions are on paid time in your usual work hours
- Yearly formal development discussion with your employer/s and half yearly follow up session for ongoing personal & career development
- Monthly all staff meeting, including cultural, inclusion, employee health and other team development and training
- CPR update annually on paid time in your usual work hours
- Employer hosted workplace team activities & celebrations including Christmas Party
- Social club funded social events

We are looking for someone:

What will your day look like:
- Clinic consultations allowing 1 hour for initial and new issue assessments and 30 minutes for subsequent appointments, giving adequate time for a comprehensive assessment, management, the completion of clinical notes & letters
and/or
- Rehab Studio / Gym sessions prescribing and supervising exercise using state-of-the art equipment where Physiotherapists & Exercise Physiologists work collaboratively to design rehabilitation, prevention and performance programs, supported by industry leading testing & protocols.
- Largely private case load with a wide variety of needs, ages, musculoskeletal conditions, athletic abilities, pre & post operative rehabilitation, diagnosed health conditions and preventative health care.
- Third party injury management of Motor Accident Insurance Board (MAIB) and Workers Compensation patients as portion of case load with dedicated paid time for associated administration.
- We are not an NDIS or DVA supplier, we happily see these patients who fund their own health care & seek reimbursement.
- Independently managing patients whilst collaborating and communicating with relevant parties involved in a patients care.
- Establishing relationships with referrers and / or organisations of interest, to build a patient list you enjoy.
- Mentoring and education in dedicated paid time during your usual hours.
- A typical day starts at 8.30 and finishes at 6pm with an hour for lunch, full time staff members have a half day off & there is no weekend work other than any sports coverage or professional development that YOU commit to.

- The provision of uniform for easily identified team members when working in the Rehab Studio prescribing and supervising exercise
- Access to use our specifically designed rehab studio for personal use outside of work hours
You will be mentored by and work collaboratively with:
- APA Titled Sports & Exercise Physiotherapists
- APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapists
- AHTA Certified Hand Therapists
- Senior Physiotherapists & Researchers
- Olympic & Paralympic Physiotherapists
- Physiotherapists with extensive AFL, Netball, Rowing, Swimming, Football, Waterpolo, Running, Dance, Pilates, Vocal & Performing Arts experience.
- ESSA Accredited Exercise Physiologists with extensive Strength & Conditioning experience.
- Sports Physicians and Sports Doctors
- Sport and Exercise Podiatrists
- Surgeons in Orthopaedics, Hands and Plastics
- Physicians including Rheumatologist, Paediatricians, Endocrinologists, Cancer Specialists, Cardiologists and Respiratory Specialists.

- AHPRA Registration
- APA/ESSA/AHTA Registration
- Registration to Work with Vulnerable People (TAS)
- Professional Indemnity / Public and Products Liability Insurance
- Skilled Independent Visa / Permanent Residence Visa / Australian Citizen
